If you are buying a foreclosure, it will be a helpful session about many aspects of the foreclosure process. It includes tips to help you buy foreclosures and cautions about problems you might encounter while doing so.

12:30pm – 1:30pm Foreclosure Prevention (Spanish)

This workshop helps you with tips on what not to do, and if you end up in a dangerous financial situation, it will help you understand your options and the resources available to you.

Prospective homebuyers who want to learn more about the critical role of good credit in the home-buying process should attend this panel session. The session covers topics such as how to determine how much home you can afford, what criteria lenders use to determine if you qualify for a loan, understanding your credit score and the role it plays in the credit application process, and many other credit-related issues.
